This collaborative project with Juraj Toman explores the connection between sculpture and painting. It is not a fixed concept but rather a stimulus for visual and conceptual experimentation. We focus on the pictorial transposition of sculpture. A three-dimensional form enters a two-dimensional composition while maintaining its sculptural quality. At the same time, we observe the (re)modeling of painterly articulation. Pictorial elements gain spatial volume and transform into sculptural objects. This project raises questions about the relationship between matter and surface. It examines the contrast between the physical presence of sculpture and the illusion of painting. By exploring the boundaries between media, it challenges how the viewer perceives reality through different artistic forms.
